Solaris variety is cultivated in regions noted for their cool climates and low sunshine level, as it can make use of every ray of sunlight. It’s full of peach, pear and honey aromas. Palate is fresh and fruity with beautiful grapefruit acidity. Solaris from the Turnau Vineyard is an intense and refreshing wine with an exceptionally crispy structure. Solaris is ideal to drink on its own but works perfect with food pairing.
