Collecting frozen grapes in December at 4 am In the Morning in -6 ℃ sounds like a madness. Actually it was…but also great fun. We kept 0.25 ha of Johanniter grapes until beginning of December and we collected 2375 kg of frozen fruits. 550 liters of extremely sweet grape juice fermented in our warm and cosily concert hall. At end of this year we will present around 1400 bottles of first Icewine from Winnica Turnay. Stay Tuned.
